Making longevity visible


The brief:
R.M.Williams boots are built to last, but many customers overlook regular care and repair. The challenge was to show the long life of the product and the role maintenance plays in extending it. 

The solution:
The campaign focuses on real boot owners and the history written into their boots. Clean, simple photography and video with quotes and personalised signatures brought the stories to life across all channels.


Personal stories from boot owners show the long term value of maintenance and how the repair process is designed to keep your boots going for a lifetime.
